1.主机水平安装,留意通风口,注意周围电线接头干涉问题。
2.imu扩展板水平安装,带器件的一面朝天空,工业IMU只要水平安装即可,位置没有要求。
3.前、后摄像头需要安装在同一个水平面上,高度尽量高一些。最好放置在车中轴线上,这样可以保证前、后摄像头的视野是镜像对称的(车原地旋转180度后前摄像头变成了后摄像头)。
4.激光雷达水平安装,安装高度以需要探测的障碍物高度为参考,它是2d雷达只能探测一个水平切面。如果只有一个雷达,雷达有效开口探测角度最好大于240度,最少不低于180度。如果是前后两个雷达可以对角放置,这样被车体遮挡的部分更小,探测角度能最大化利用上。
5.深度摄像头的盲区是20厘米,探测角度是一个80度的圆锥。一般水平放置在车中轴线上,放置的角度则根据需要探测的障碍物高度,结合盲区和探测角度进行配置。斜向下安装时,安装高度要高于需要探测的障碍物的最高高度。
6.电源箱(供电系统)需要注意出线位置不要干涉,不能堵住散热风扇孔。
7.超声波&补光灯和外壳保持平齐,角度可以不正对前面,注意红外补光灯要分布在摄像头两侧。超声波外圈和金属外壳之间的距离要大于一厘米以上。这部分空间一般用塑料打印件填充。
8.跟随模块为车载端基站模型,识别前后需要两个,前后各安装一个,固定孔朝下竖直安装。
9.3D雷达水平360°扫描角度;竖直±15°扫描角度, 按照盲区最小化放置位置。
